Download, calendar and backups
PrecioClaro Beauty v1.2 includes seven desktop tools. The kit costs €29 as a one-time payment with no subscription.
1. Download and open
After payment, download the ZIP from the confirmation page or email. Extract all files. Open LEEME-primero.html for instructions and PrecioClaro-Beauty.html to work. Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer. Opening local files on mobile depends on the device.
2. Language and calculations
Choose Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, English, French or German. Amounts remain in euros. Replace examples with your own numbers. The calculated price is for a complete service of the stated duration, not for one hour or a whole month. Set available hours per day and working days; expand expenses to add itemised or custom costs. Check the taxes that apply to your business.
3. Calendar and clients
Open a day to see its hours and appointments. Add an appointment manually with a start time and duration; find the client by name or phone, or create a record if needed. View their appointments from their record. Edit or cancel appointments when plans change and mark closed days. Conflict warnings help prevent overlaps; the calendar does not accept online bookings or send automatic reminders.
4. Export and import safely
Local saving depends on the browser. Keep the file in the same location and use the same browser. At the end of each working day, export your data and save the JSON in a private folder. Also do this before updating, moving the kit, clearing browser data or importing. To restore data, import your JSON backup: it replaces current information rather than merging calendars. Export current data before importing.
5. What counts as a backup
JSON is the complete backup. A PDF, printed price list, CSV or text file is not a substitute. JSON can contain names and phone numbers and is not encrypted: do not publish it. If data disappears, check the file, location and browser and import your backup. If HTML opens as text, use Open with and choose your browser.
6. Help and limitations
The application works offline and does not require Excel. Cloud sync, online booking, automatic messaging and official invoicing are not included.
