Data and purposes
We use contact and billing details, product, amount, payment status and download records to manage orders, deliver the kit and resolve issues. Processing is necessary to perform the contract and meet legal obligations. We use enquiries to respond to you. Technical records, including IP addresses and access events, support website operation, fraud prevention and security. The cart and account use technologies necessary for sessions and purchases.
Payments and providers
Raiola Networks provides hosting and domain email. The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Revolut processes payments: card details are entered in its fields and do not form part of the kit. Support email is also managed through Gmail. These providers may process data under their terms and applicable obligations. Consult their privacy policies. We do not use order data for advertising without a valid basis.
Calculator, kit and backups
The homepage calculator runs in your browser without registration or sending your figures to our server. The kit stores services, expenses, supplies, clients and appointments locally when browser storage is available. We do not automatically receive these records or provide cloud synchronisation. Exported files are saved where you choose; JSON may contain personal data and is not encrypted. Protect your device and backups and inform clients about the use of their data. Clearing storage may delete local data.
Retention
We keep necessary data while managing the order or enquiry and afterwards for applicable statutory retention or claims periods. It is then deleted or anonymised. You may ask by email about retention of your specific data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights by contacting the controller. We may request proportionate information to verify identity. Do not send passwords or full card details. You may complain to the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades.
Cookies
We use cookies and storage necessary for access, cart, sessions and payment. Manage them in your browser; blocking them may prevent purchases or account access. The kit’s local data is managed in the application and the browser used to open it.
